Still pumped up from last night! Go Birds!

Unbelievable!!! The Cards pulled it off!! The October magic is still with the Cardinals! It is great to be a St. Louis fan tonight! The team that never gives up is proving everyone wrong again! LETS GO CARDS!!!

So proud of Brian and Erin! They crossed the finish line of the Chicago Marathon today side by side and smiling! Love you guys so much. We are so proud of you!

Happy Birthday Jessica! So glad we could celebrate with you tonight. Our first time at pi and the pizza was delish and the company was delightful. So lucky to have lives filled with such great people.

Even Zoe is watching the debates tonight! Looking forward to animated conversations between the kids at school tomorrow. If today was any indication the kids in my second hour are going to be quite entertaining tomorrow. :-)

The deck is complete! It was a long summer (and a little fall) but it is so totally worth it. We celebrated the final day of construction with a post BBQ Bash party here last night. The deck proved to be a perfect venue for a fall party. We had a great time and are looking forward to many more deck parties at the Meals house. Thanks to everyone who came over last night! We had a blast!

So much fun with Christy and Matt and everyone last night! The fireplace ar St. Albans was the perfect place for dessert and after dinner cocktails last night. So much fun to celebrate what is to come. Can’t believe they are getting married in less than a month!

The cool weather has arrived, pumpkin spice lattes are at Starbucks, football has started, and we are welcoming fall in full force at the Meals house. Tonight that included yummy steak chili, mulled wine, a fire, and warm white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. It has been a perfect fall night and we are looking forward to plenty more o come!

The ten year reunion turned out even better than expected last night! We had a great turn out at the Kemp Auto Museum for drinks and dancing. The atmosphere was great with tons of old pictures, yearbooks, and all of the hits from 2002 blasting on the dance floor. It was great to catch up with friends that I have not seen in years and meet all of the great people that they brought with them. It is wonderful to hear about all of the fantastic things everyone is doing these days. I really did go to high school with a great group of people. On top of the fun we also raised some money for the scholarship fund. It was a total success, at least Jill and I decided it was at lunch today. :-) Hopefully everyone who couldn’t make it will be able to join us in 5 years when we do it all again! Thanks to everyone who came out, I hope you had as much fun as we did last night!
